- What is Santai TV?
Santai TV is a mobile TV service that allows you to watch latest and/or the most exciting videos on your
mobile phone.
- What are the benefits of SantaiTV TV?
SantaiTV gives you the freedom to enjoy Mobile TV with many attractive contents wherever you are and
whenever you want to enjoy TV and video entertainment. SantaiTV service enables you to remain informed,
updated and connected whether you are on the journey to and from school, commuting to and from work,
spending time with friends, having a lunch break or even relaxing at home.
- How much does it cost to watch SantaiTV Mobile TV
SantaiTV provides Free Watch contents to public (without register). If you would like to view our attractive
local and oversea contents (drama, movie, news etc), you need to register as subscriber with Monthly
Premium SMS charges RM3 for SantaiTV, RM2 for Hollywood News Report or Salacious, monthly.
However, your network operator will charge you for data. We strongly recommend you have a limited data
plan or use WiFi since streaming can use a lot of data.
- How can I connect to SantaiTV ?
You can connect over any mobile phone network (GPRS, 3G, 3.5G) or a WiFi connection, which means
you can watch mobile TV on your Smartphone, iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad and the majority of other mobile
devices. The faster your connection, the higher the quality of video stream you will receive.
Yes! Simply SMS to 32632 (as shown below) and you can start watching TV and video. Alternatively you
can navigate your mobile browser to www.Santai.tv and sign up on your phone.

- Do I have to register to watch mobile TV?
SantaiTV provides Free Watch contents to public (without register). If you would like to view our attractive
local and oversea contents (drama, movie, news etc), you need to register as subscriber
- Why do I need to register through SMS?
When you sign up, SantaiTV need you to send a SMS to verify your mobile number and currently we only
support Premium SMS to charge your monthly subscription fees.
We will not disclose your mobile number to any third party or misuse your mobile number except for our
promotion notice. Please read our Terms of Services.
- How much space will SantaiTV take up on my mobile phone?
The SantaiTV service streams video directly to your mobile phone and does not require any software
downloads. Therefore using SantaiTV to enjoy mobile TV won’t take up space on your device. However,
your phone has to support mobile streaming.
- How can I let my friends know about SantaiTV?
You can share SantaiTV experience with friends by click the “Share” button in SantaiTV Mobile Web and
forward preset SMS message to all your friends!
- Can I download Santai TV video?
No. You are not allow to download since all contents are copyrighted.
- Can I watch Santai TV channels outside of Malaysia?
Yes, you able to watch Santai TV even you live anywhere in the world but your account must able being
charged by Premium SMS through the mobile number you provided.
- Can I save the streaming link?
The streaming links change frequently and it is useless if you save the link.

- What other technical issues shall I know?
a) Payments for mobile content downloads or mobile services subscription will be deducted directly from
prepaid credit or billed to postpaid users' mobile phone accounts.
b) To stop or terminate your subscription, you can send STOP ST or BATAL ST to 32632.
